CEO and Co-Founder

Shaheen worked for Credit Suisse and Citigroup for 8 years in Leveraged Loan origination, negotiating transactions with group banks, PE firms and leading law firms. Shaheen completed her MS at MIT, undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA from Mumbai University, India.

Angela LaVigne

Head of Research and Co-Founder

Angela formerly worked as in-house corporate counsel at Barclays, specializing in syndicated lending for 6 years. Prior to Barclays, she spent 4 years as an Associate in the Bank Finance practice at Latham & Watkins. She has a J.D. (cum laude) from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.B.A. with a concentration in accounting from the University of Michigan.

Johannes Albrecht

Johannes is a Senior Solution Architect with 14 years of technology and consulting experience including technical architecture, database design, web-applications, integration and software development methodology.

David Barton

COO

David is a syndicated loan professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry having held numerous positions at several of the leading global investment banks including J.P. Morgan and Barclays. David has a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware.

Matt is a web developer with 6 years of both front and back end experience. Previously working for Rosetta Marketing, Matt was a senior developer that contributed to numerous projects that leveraged various technology stacks.
